In a large bowl, combine the first 6 dry ingredients.

In the microwave, heat the next 5 ingredients.

Toss the dry ingredients with the butter mixture and put on shallow baking pans.

Bake in oven at 250° for 1 hour.

Stir every 15 minutes.

Take 3 cups of Honey Nut Chex mix and spread over paper towels.

Pour the mix from the oven over the Honey Nut Chex mix.

Let cool and store in tight container.
