Combine dry cake mixes, flour and baking powder.

Cream together the oil and eggs until light and fluffy.

Add the dry ingredients and mix well.

Add the preserves and mix well.

Add the nuts and mix well.

In a bowl, combine the raisins, dates and candied fruit.

Toss this mixture in 2 tablespoons flour to separate.

Add the fruit to the rest of the mixture and mix well.

Make sure all ingredients are well incorporated.

Pour into greased and floured loaf pans.

Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.

Will make about 12 small loaf pans.

When cool, wrap in bourbon soaked cheesecloth and freeze.

Take out at least one day from use.
