Cream together oil and sugars.

Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each.

Add vanilla.

In bowl, combine the spice and flour.

Add to mixture.

Fold in raisins, pecans and apples.

Pour into bundt pan and bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
