In a bowl, combine the milk, butter, eggs and sugar.

In a 9 x 13-inch pan baking dish, combine the bread, cinnamon, spice, salt and Craisins nut mix.

Pour the milk mixture over the bread and toss.

Mixture should be moist.

If you need to add more milk, you can.

Bake in 350° oven for 40 to 45 minutes.

Bourbon Sauce: Combine all ingredients in saucepan.

Heat all ingredients, stirring constantly until sugar is dissolved.

Serve warm over bread pudding.
